Haven't received my bitcoin purchase

I made a bitcoin purchase at a digitalmint machine yesterday at 3:30PM. I have not received the Bitcoin yet. I talked to digitalmint and they see that the money was received by my wallet, but i can't see any transactions yet. Please advise. Digitalmint gave me some information to pass to you. But I am not sure how to do this.
