Not received bitcoin purchase from DigitalMint

Hello

I made a purchase through a digitalmint ATM yesterday 1/11/2018 3:27 pm PST and have not received it. Checked with the company and they see the transaction and the money in a wallet, I use your wallet and show nothing. Please help!!!!

Are you sure that you're using a Bitcoin.com wallet?

If so, one of the most common problems is using your BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash) address to receive BTC (i.e., Bitcoin). If that's what you've done please see: https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com/artic ... bch-wallet

Also please search for the address that you used with this site: https://blockchain.info/

Does your address show the bitcoin that you bought? Moreover, if the transaction says 'unconfirmed transaction' for a long period of time it's possible that the service provided by the ATM machine didn't include a sufficient transaction fee.
