At first I was just happy to see the delicious looking salad (they posted a pic too) and read about the ingredients. Then the article itself reminded me of a time in the past when I myself wanted to sell food (hot dogs! lol) in the street on a cart.
Now I started thinking about whether or not it would be a good idea to sell cooked food in the street and accept to Bitcoin as payment!

So I proposed the question (in the form of a comment) and I'm waiting for their response.
