Gave MY number, gave my friends's Email address as it was a combined payment.
Exchangerpoint messaged me in whatsapp, said i violated terms, they claimed there was third party involved. I gave my UPI screenshot, My ID proof
They didn't reply my message/sms/calls for more than 18 hours..
Then said they cant help and my account is frozen.
Then they blocked me on whatsapp
Blocked me on twitter.
I mailed them, offered them to give my bank statement, but seems like they just want to rob you.
