Hey,Same thing happened to me. I have gotten 5 responses from Simplex saying "it is not our problem - contact your wallet provider" (bitcoin.com) - and this is the only avenue for support here. I am NOT impressed with Simplex so far - someone has my money, and it is not me! (Simplex even "accidentally" put 3 holds against my credit card and locked my funds until they sorted it out!!!!
If Simplex has confirmed that the funds have been sent to your wallet and you are using the Bitcoin.com wallet please contact support at: wallet@bitcoin.comI'm having the same problem. I bought a small amount two days ago. The web site said the purchase was successful, the amount is in my credit card statement, but there is no money in the bitcoin wallet. How long does it typically take to appear?

Im SAD that i have to write here....but its kid of the only place where you can express your saddness.
As a beginer in bitcoin...i went and trusted http://www.bitcoin.com cause sounds such an official web adress, and i bought 500 USD of bitcoins wich they added 37 USD fees. I said Ok. let it be.
I got an email in 5 minutes "Payment Request Submitted" with a Simplex payment ID.
I read on https://www.simplex.com/faq/ that it usualy takes an hour or max 24 hours to accept or reject a transaction.
THE FIRST 5 MINUTES SIMPLEX TOOK MY MONEY AND I CANT DO NOTHING. THERE ARE 2 DAYS SINCE I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MONEY.
It is verry unprofessional and SCAMMMYYY. Please do something cause i feel verry scammed.
It sayid that i will be notified by email if rejected or aproved...but the 537 usd dissapeared from my bank account 2 days ago without me knowing what happened with it.
I wrote to the support...they said 72 hours. Whaaatttt???
They said be patient. I am ...but when i dont know nothing about my money and its the first time how can i be???
Please do something and figure this SCAM LIKE THING out.
PS. I READ SOME OF THE ARTICLES AROUND HERE AND I AM VERRRY SCARED!!! Somebody sayd that support came only after 3 weeks to solve their problem. I AM NEW AND SO SCARRED.
* Bitcoin.com replyed verry fast and said that i can be SURE that is not a SCAM.
Conclusion :
I dont think they are SCAMMERS but SIMPLEX system is weaker than a 7 year old kid programer can do better.

Please check the Bitcoin (BTC) address that you used to receive your purchase from Simplex by searching the BTC address on explorer such as, though not limited to, https://blockchain.info/
Do you see the bitcoin there? If so (and you are using a Bitcoin.com wallet) please take a look at the Bitcoin.com Wallet FAQ: https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com/ (the most common problem is accidentally using BCH address to receive BTC - https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com/artic ... bch-wallet )
If you don't see your bitcoin on the explorer then please keep in contact with support@simplex.com
