Simplex tells me to contact Bitcoin.com and viceversa

Hello I purchased Bitcoins on 12/14/2017 and I have not received them in my wallet yet. Today is December 26 2017. It has been 12 days. The latest Simplex email says:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting Simplex Support.

We would love to help you - however, from the information you've given us, it would seem that the issue is outside our sphere of influence.
We are just the credit card processor, we do not have direct access to your bitcoin wallet, address or account, and so, unfortunately, we cannot solve issues related or originating to/from your BTC wallet.

It would be more helpful to contact your wallet software provider's support team and see if they are able to help you.
When contacting your wallet support team, we recommend you to provide them with the BTC address listed in https://blockchain.info/.

If there is anything more we can do to help, please reply to this email.


I don't understand. I did provide them with my wallet address and the transaction went thorugh in my credit card. I do not know what to do or who to contact. Please someone who has had the same issue.... I would really appreciate the help.

Same issue here. I had my transaction authorised on 13/12/17 and still no sign in my bitcoin.com wallet to date. I got exactly the same email from Simplex.

Same issue here. I had my transaction authorised on 13/12/17 and still no sign in my bitcoin.com wallet to date. I got exactly the same email from Simplex.
If you purchased from Simplex then your have purchased Bitcoin (BTC) coins, can you please double check that the address you gave them was indeed a BTC address and not a Bitcoin cash (BCH) address from your Bitcoin.com wallet.

To see your BTC wallet address history please follow the steps below:

1) Go to Settings > [Select your BTC wallet]

2) Tap on "More Options"

3) Select "Wallet Addresses"

4) Tap on "View All Addresses"

You will now be able to see all of the BTC wallet addresses associated with your wallet below. The addresses with an amount in green shows the amount that is available to spend in that particular address.

If you cannot see the address you gave Simplex then please repeat the above steps replacing BTC with BCH and look at your Bitcoin Cash (BCH) address history. If you have given them a BCH address you will need to go through the steps to recover the BTC from your BCH address.

If you have provided Simplex with a BCH address from your Bitcoin.com wallet then please follow the instruction on the following link to recover your BTC: https://walletsupport.bitcoin.com/artic ... bch-wallet

Got to the bottom of it.

Due to a delay in me sending ID for verification to bitcoin.com or Simplex the price changed and the transaction was cancelled.
Then I setup a new wallet at Greenaddress. I carried out a transaction with them and Simplex and left it for a while before transferring the funds to my bitcoin.com wallet.
Dumb move huh. I lost 10 bucks in fees because I thought I was playing with free coins given to me by a mystery donor)duh. :x
Then I spent 2 weeks looking for the original transaction and calling out the guys at bitcoin.com for fleecing me :oops: SORRY.
Never mind, all is calm again

I got the same reply when I requested to simplex for "Purchase Invoice". Does anybody know simplex gives "Purchase Invoice" or not. If yes how to get it?
