Hello I purchased Bitcoins on 12/14/2017 and I have not received them in my wallet yet. Today is December 26 2017. It has been 12 days. The latest Simplex email says:

We would love to help you - however, from the information you've given us, it would seem that the issue is outside our sphere of influence.
We are just the credit card processor, we do not have direct access to your bitcoin wallet, address or account, and so, unfortunately, we cannot solve issues related or originating to/from your BTC wallet.
It would be more helpful to contact your wallet software provider's support team and see if they are able to help you.
When contacting your wallet support team, we recommend you to provide them with the BTC address listed in https://blockchain.info/.
If there is anything more we can do to help, please reply to this email.
I don't understand. I did provide them with my wallet address and the transaction went thorugh in my credit card. I do not know what to do or who to contact. Please someone who has had the same issue.... I would really appreciate the help.
