If you cannot access your wallet now because you don't have the 2fa code then you will need to restore your wallet using the 12 word seed you were given when first setting up the wallet.Hello guys. I am also having trouble with my wallet..ovee the weekend my wallet wouldn't let me send out coins. This led me to grow frustrated and anxious to the point I clear the data off my Google Authenticator because I thought that was the problem. I then lost the Google Authenticator on my btc wallet and now I can put the token code in when I'm ready to send. I try to scan my we code but it keeps saying "error, invalid qr code". Can anyone help me out?
If you are using our Chrome extension wallet please note that this is no longer being developed or maintained (and this is why Roger stated above that our wallet doesn't have 2FA, as it does not in its current guise). It is quite likely that you could not send BTC out of the wallet because you did not have enough to cover the current outrageous fees for the transaction (depending on the number of inputs & outputs, of course). Please note that Bitcoin.com never has access to your wallet so we cannot assist with lost 2FA tokens on the Chrome extension wallet.Hello guys.
