ShapeShift fees

I tried to send BCH to BTC using ShapeShift in the wallet. It showed the BCH fee but not the BTC fee, which was much higher. Can I see it anywhere? Can I possibly set it myself?

Thanks but I am still not sure if I understad it. I am a bit punctual about these things and find it unclear and difficult to see the adresses changing so often. So what I observe is that if a wallet is empty, either new or emptied, it changes its address after receiving the first payment, am I ...

Thanks again, I meant buying for fiat, so Binance and others cannot be used as I cannot deposit fiat there or am I missing some new features?
