ShapeShift fees

I tried to send BCH to BTC using ShapeShift in the wallet. It showed the BCH fee but not the BTC fee, which was much higher. Can I see it anywhere? Can I possibly set it myself?

If you were trading BCH to BTC, then you are only broadcasting 1 transaction - the BCH to ShapeShift.
The BTC from the trade being sent back to you, is being broadcast to the network by ShapeShift and they have to pay the fee.

You don't have to pay transaction fees for any incoming transaction.

So I suppose there is no way to know the fee in advance using this service, right?
