Your payment has already been approved and is up for fulfillment - you should have received a message notifying you of this fact. You can find out the fulfillment status on our partner's site or app.
sorry i am not here to give answers... i am in same boat-
so what can we do about this and
i spoke to my bank and they said the transaction is still pending- so they cant do anything until the transaction is completed (they actually have the money) AND havent given over the BTC
