I need my money back

I tried to buy bitcoin thru bitcoin.com and they took my money, and then I got an e-mail that notices me my payment is declined.

And then I ve waited over 2 weeks and my money is not still back in my card.

I sent refund request e-mail to support team, and all they say is that it's confirmation process. they only do check my info.

So where am I supposed to ask refund? they dont answer the question. never send me e-mail for it.

please take a look at what they sent me and give me the asnwer. Thank you in advance.

sorry i am not here to give answers...
i am in same boat-

so what can we do about this and

i spoke to my bank and they said the transaction is still pending- so they cant do anything until the transaction is completed (they actually have the money) AND havent given over the BTC


what can be done about this
it is so frustrating
