No Bitcoin

Please can someone shed some light on Simplex, I have purchased some bitcoin 28/12/17 as below however I have not heard anything back from Simplex, tickets have been raised but to no avail. Please can someone reassure me if they do have a backlog will they eventually transfer the bitcoin to me? What is worrying they just do not respond with any updates.

Please can I get a response for the below payment request, this was submitted Thursday 28th December 2017

I am dealing with same thing with simplex

they have run card, processed payment

so i started a ticket ....simplex wrote to me stating that the transaction was approved....
telling me that i need approach the provider - and that they are just processing the card. NO HELP!


hopefully you ended up getting your issue resolved
if so what / how did you do it??

Unfortunately my issue hasn't been resolved, and I am still awaiting a response from Simplex, hoping Bitcoin may be able to assist as well

i dont get it- how does this sort of thing continue to be allowed or not addressed to get resolved.

it is absolutely piss poor service and process in general

please keep me/us posted as i will do also - see if we cant help each other or something

- side note for folks that are pro-simplex and want to try to tell me that it takes time to process....Bullshit, they should have something within the process of placing orders that it may take weeks to get the btc to you.....
AND given they dont, they should hot-foot it to refund the money to those that dont wish to wait long like you and i.

i really think we have to continue to apply pressure to the higher ups

the lemmings there dont seem to be getting the results we need


looking through their fb pages- i see others- not a lot, but a few that have been doing the same as i-

posting on their page about wanting my coin or just refund the money
i think thats what we need to do - they will get tired of it and we may start seeing things happen
im hard on the case

i just found how to see [get mine]

they [simplex] said they sent it dec 30

they did in fact

here is what i did and saw that i had it

try the following:

Go to Settings -> Your Wallet (BTC) -> More Options -> Transaction History -> Clear cache This clears the cache and synchronizes your transaction history from the server.
If the funds still do not appear you can try:

Go to Settings -> Your Wallet -> More Options -> Wallet Addresses -> Tap 'Unused Addresses' 20 times until you see the message "Empty addresses limit reached", then tap 'Scan addresses for funds'
The funds should now show up on your wallet homepage.
