Binance withdrawal not showing up

Hi, I had some bitcoin at Binance which I withdrew to my bitcoin.com wallet on my phone. I see that there have been 13 confirmations for this transaction and yet the balance has not appeared in my wallet.

Hello, is there chance that you might have used your Bitcoin Cash (BCH) address to receive Bitcoin Core (BTC)? If so, please try this: walletsupport.bitcoin.com/article/110/i-accidentally-sent-btc-to-my-bch-wallet
