The importance of the two advancements in technology which are internet and blockchain can not be overemphasized, decentralising project on blockchain has really improve the level of efficiency, transparency and capability of most projects.

The rapid development of technology is affecting every aspect of our lives. This development has spread to all fields of finance, e-commerce, education, and art by the influence of globalization

The possibilities of the Blockchain are enormous and it seems that almost any industry that deals with some sort of transaction, and security which would mean any industry, can and will be disrupted by the Blockchain.

One of the enormous advantages that comes with blockchain is the the application of the smart contracts.

Smart contracts were first proposed by Nick Szabo, who coined the term, in 1994.
A smart contract is a computer protocol intended to digitally facilitate, verify, or enforce the negotiation or performance of a contract. Smart contracts allow the performance of credible transactions without third parties. These transactions are trackable and irreversible.

Let’s take a look at the practical example and use case of a smart contracts.

Smart contracts aims to make everyday life more efficient and cost effective by automating everyday processes and removing middlemen from the systems we use. This could be to the legal system, the financial system, computer systems or more.

For example, let’s assume stefan has the following documents stored on the blockchain through smart contracts: his identity documents, his last will and testament, and the title deed for his house. We assume, the day stefan dies, his certificate of death is also uploaded to the blockchain.

The processes that must occur to transfer John’s estate are admin intensive because there are several parties involved that are often slow and opaque. This may include legal professionals, the government, tax authorities and the property registrar.

However, because all these documents are stored on the blockchain with smart contracts, something interesting is possible. Once stefan’s death certificate is officially issued and uploaded to the blockchain, Stefan’s last will and testament can be put into action

Assuming Stefan bequeathed his house to his next of kin, ownership to the house can be transferred to his next of kin automatically by the blockchain network. Therefore, stefan next of kin will inherit Stefan’s house exactly as Stefan intended, without having to contact a legal professional.

This may sound overwhelming and scary but the amount of time and resources saved by not having to wait for Stefan’s next of kin, legal professionals and the property registrar to come into contact with each other and prepare and execute this transaction is immense.

With all the advantage of blockchain and smart contracts, there has really been a setback to the adoption and use of smart contracts because of its nature of not been user-friendly.

Not everyone has the ability to write a smart contract since it requires some level of programing and coding skills.

Have you ever wished to have to have something to do with smart contracts, have ever wished to apply the importance of smart contract into your life activities and been setback because of your lack of programing skill?.

Luckily, with the help of ETHEREUM LIMITED, All these setbacks will soon be a history.

Ethereum Limited is a smart contract creation and execution platform that allows anyone to create his own smart contract EVEN without programming knowledge.

Smart contracts can change the entire world. Not only it is applicable in the business world, it is also beneficial to how consumers interact with service providers and merchants. Imagination is the only limit to what smart contracts can be applied to.

What hinders the mass adoption of smart contracts is lack of programming skills. Not everyone knows how to write a smart contract because it requires extensive programming knowledge and not everyone is a programmer.

Ethereum Limited is a platform residing in the Ethereum blockchain. It is a smart contract creation and execution platform. Users can create their own smart contracts by answering a few questions from the bot.

If a template is not available in our platform, users can go to our marketplace where they look out for templates other users are selling. If they still cannot one that they would suit their needs, they can ask other users to create a custom smart contract specifically for their needs – for a fee that they would agree upon.
