What is the Sparkster ICO?
Sparkster is a project aiming to enable anyone to develop software without actually needing to engage software developers or knowing how to write code by using drag and drop interfaces containing "blocks of logic" written in plain English. The interfaces are built in HTML5 and are desktop and mobile compatible. The applications created with the interface will then be run on Sparkster Decentralized Cloud which is a blockchain network capable of handling 10 million transactions per second.
