BTC balance now shows 0.00?

I did not open my Bitcoin.com wallet for several months. When I recently opened it, I recovered it with the 12 word phrase and the balance of BTC is 0.00.
I have tried clearing the transaction cache, and creating new addresses. No transactions appear. I have scanned addresses for funds and I only see a 'no transactions yet'. I have also searched my bitcoin address, and it states no transactions. The 'hide balance' tab is also off.
I have completed at least two transactions a few months ago.
Suggestions?
If I have retained my 12 word password- where could they have gone?
