A South Korean cryptocurrency exchange Bithumb and a mobile payment service provider Pay started a partnership at thousands of stores across the country to make cryptocurrencies available.
As explain in the Korea Times both companies are going to work together to bring crypto currencies to six thousand (6000) outlets by the first half of the year with a planned growth to eighty thousand (80000) by the end of the year. Additionally some two hundred (200) franchise brands are also reportedly going to signing onto the initiative enabling crypto currency holders to use Pay’s mobile payment service platform for making payments in crypto currencies.
In announcing the partnership official said on Monday that work help in adoption and use of cryptocurrency payments in many areas of society. Also they has started partnership largest hotel of South Korea booking platform in recent weeks to include cryptocurrency payments.
