Bitneur is a decentralized platform that solves all the entrepreneurship nightmares faced by entrepreneurs through its DAO “The Financier”. The Financier is controlled only by Bitneur token holders and access to its numerous features are secured only through the Bitneur token. The Financier adopts a hybrid blockchain technology design with sidechains in order to cater for privacy, scalability and ultimate performance with the Ethereum blockchain being the base layer of our public blockchain (mainchain). SOLUTION PROVIDED
The Bitneur token holders make decisions on whatever action the Financier takes. All token holders are eligible to submit proposals to develop and deploy.
However, to reduce the rate at which users spam The Financier, a certain amount of Bitneur tokens (BTN) will be deposited to The Financier during the proposal submission. The amount of BTN required to submit a proposal will be determined by the number of Ether required to develop the project being proposed. All proposals submitted must follow the submission guidelines stated on the proposal submission gateway.
Following a submitted proposal, all token holders will receive notification for a pending vote. The proposal will be discussed and a consensus reached. The votes are added to the blockchain where it can be verifiable.
When a proposal has been approved, it moves automatically to the development stage. At this point, the proposed project backed by smart contracts is issued to contractors or suppliers who are bound by the terms of the smart contract.
The Financier does not only provide funding for projects, it also assists entrepreneurs who can afford to finance their projects with smart contracts to back their projects.
