In light of MgGox address found selling large amounts of BTC on the markets:
Ref: "Mt. Gox Trustee Sell-Off Triggers Another Bitcoin Price Drop"
Anyone involved in the settlement, please do not be an enabler of secondary criminal activity.
I recommend the following: Never discuss or consider settlements in terms of fiat.
Settling in fiat leaves the door open for those involved in the MtGox settlement to profit from the event. In the legal system, this usually means more fraud and theft. Always price things in BTC and BCH. For this reason I have sent the following notice.. In the end, I will be considering all known MtGox funds against all outstanding creditors and my balance at the time of the hack and any reasonable lawyer fees to calculate a reasonable BTC and BCH settlement.
Disclaimer: I have not been following the settlement until just now. I don't know if this is the best contact for this. I hope I inspire similar attempts for other unpaid MtGox creditors.

SUBJECT: Notice of liability: Fiat is an unacceptable form of settlement
I had 10 BTC in my account at the time of this incident. This is unsettled. I am writing to inform you that I will not accept Fiat as any form of settlement. Additionally I am expecting to be paid BCC and any other market traded fork of Bitcoin that the MtGox accounts were credited as a result of holding my 10 BTC.
Please be informed: It is shady at best and criminal at worst that MtGox related addresses are selling large amounts of BTC on the market for fiat while creditors like myself have not been paid. Fiat tends to hyper-inflate and loose its value. Fiat is an unacceptable form of settlement and I'll use all legal means necessary to ensure that people like myself are paid in BTC.
Sincerely,
James
