BTC vs ETH... Does there need to be a conflict among the community on what is better?

I have been involved in crypto since 2013 and I am not going to tell you that BTC is the only crypto that should exist.
So why does everyone think there should be conflict in our space? Or do you think that everyone will meet their common grounds and work towards one goal together? Improving our ecosystem. Ethereum is not the next Bitcoin. But it can be something that pushes crypto-currency in the right direction and not such as a small circle.

I disagree with Gavin Andresen more and more these days. Do you agree with this?

Ethereum has had potential from day one and so has Bitcoin.

it doesnt has to be a fight because with future improvements we dont need ETH anymore

It was never a fight, promoters make it seem that way for marketing purposes. If people like your project, they will use it and you will become a success (or not).

Bitcoin has and will continue to be King!
