I made a deposit and the light went out, I lost the game page, but the bitcoins were credited to games.bitcoins.com I have written many emails but no one gives me assistance. And I can not use my credit or recover my bitcoins and I do not receive help.
My money was deposited in bitcoins but I can not use them to play and nobody responds to help me.
