We are creating a revolutionizing platform for Donating to none profits orgs via a smart contract.
Our Goal is to allow a Donator to donate to a user in need via a that acts as a medium to insure the donation goes to a specific cause or need. The donation is returned to the sender if this contact is not met.
How would this work?
1. The program meets donators with those in need.
2. The program allows a person in need to apply to the organization.
3. The organization asks a series of question to validate the person in need. (Proof may be required)
4. The person in need could be anyone world wide that needs help with a number of situations.
5. The person if approved will be able to have their story published on the blockchain. ( First Name. Last Initial. City and State, Verification identity from a well known social media check mark, age, photo)
6. The person will then be able to have their need donated to by the program.
7. The donator clicks on the non profit site.
8. The donator sees various causes to help those in need.
9. The donator finds a cause and donates tokens to the cause.
10. The person in need is notified.
11. The Donator gets a confirmation that he or she has donated.
12. The program will then work as an escrow to insure the cause is funded.
13. There will be categories of which the person in need is applying for.
14. FIRST: Housing Downpayment assistance.
15. SECOND: Transport assistance.
16. THIRD: Vehicle Downpayment assistance.
17. FORTH: Utility bill assistance (Can only apply once every 3 months. Bill can not be 3 Months old. Whats in it for the Donator?
18. In each category will have a number of partnerships with companies around the world that supports the NPCO.

1. 80% of all funds will go to those in need ONLY via the smart contact or the funds refunded in NPC token back to the Donator. (The Donator will also have a choice to give to another cause before refund.)
2. 10% of all funds will go to funding the platform.
3. 5% will go to the Staff on the team.
4. 5% will go to fund future projects.
