I don't laugh about it. I actually feel bad for the guy who got shot, but I don't think I feel any any worse for him than any other criminal who gets shot in the act of victimizing peaceful people.

That video was crazy but I didn't find it hard to watch, I find myself pretty numb to that stuff now.

The bike being stolen was none of the cops business really but him being a cop he felt he had to do something about it, the crook had a gun and he knew the game.
Game over for him.
