In this article i described the tradeoff between liquidity and credit risk in a settlement system and highlighted how different RTGS, Net and Hybrid Systems address this topic.
Its important to know how currently "large value money" moves, and in Part2 we relate to technologies like Bitcoin and Blockchain and its role on optimizing "Large Value payment Systems."
