Are you using a Bitcoin.com wallet?

If so, there should be a button within to use the ShapeShift.io exchange. You'll be able to exchange BTC for BCH and vice versa.

If you do not see the service for ShapeShift.io within your Bitcoin.com wallet you may need to update your wallet.
