Cancelled Transaction was Charged after Pending.

I have cancelled transaction that was charged and even after 2 weeks there is no refund and answer from support about my email:

I have a cancelled transaction:

“Dear Bagrat Sakanyan,

Your payment request from Bitcoin.com has been cancelled.

Note that we do not disclose the cause of cancelled payments.

Simplex payment ID: 3d6da389-df25-4517-a3aa-6282872e8049

Please note that your card was NOT charged for this transaction. If you see a charge on your credit card statement, it is only an authorization check to hold that amount on your credit card. The money should be released within the next 48 business hours. At that time you should see no pending payments to Simplex. ”

Until today transaction was in pending status, but today it gets completely finished and I see that amount was charged instead of refund. http://prntscr.com/i1s8xt. I will really appreciate if you can figure out it as soon as possible.

In what address I should send my request to be finally not ignored?

Sorry about the trouble you're experiencing.

I understand, according to what you stated, that Simplex was supposed to refund your money. However, just in case they decide to send the you the BTC, please check the Bitcoin (BTC) address that you used to receive your purchase from Simplex by searching the BTC address on explorer such as, though not limited to, https://blockchain.info/

If not, at that I can tell you is that the service on https://buy.bitcoin.com is provided by Simplex.com. If you have not received your bitcoins from them, or have any other issues regarding that service, please contact support@simplex.com.
