If you are using the Bitcoin.com wallet please email wallet@bitcoin.com for support.

It could be either Simplex has not sent your bitcoins yet or you have accedently provided them with a BCH address from your wallet.

Please be sure that your wallet is up to date with the latest version and to let us know what device you are using the wallet on in the email.
