Gents,
I need some Help Please. I made a bank transfer to my Cex.io account before 34 days ago but yet not shown in my balance. I opened several tickets and all what I get is a vague answer that the issue has been escalated to the concerned Department.
Till today, this "Concerned Department" didn't contacted me. the support is no longer replying.
I nocked every possible door. I raised the issue via their twitter account, and also wrote in the community blogs. but all in vain.
Any one has a same experience ??? please guide me on the solution
