Amount too low to spend? What to do?

Good day guys
I have received 0.00731 bitcoin in my wallet, but it shows the amount too low to spend, there is around $100 worth of bitcoin, looks stuck in receiving, it doesn’t add up in my personal wallet.
Can anyone tell me how can I get it into my personal wallet please?

It sounds like the transaction just has not confirmed yet.
Can you post the transaction ID or receiving address here so we can look into it for you?

You could always check if the transaction has been confirmed yourself by entering the receiving address into the search bar at: https://blockchain.info
