Bitcoin mixer for free? How is it working?

Hello folks,

i am trading bitcoin for a while now and i am using a lot of bitcoin mixers with high fees.
Now i have found a program on youtube that mixes your bitcoins without any transaction fee. Can someone explain the method behind it?

The bitcoins i use for mixing are send by another adress which i dont know. On the website it only says "peer-to-peer" tumbler.
