Order cancelled as the limit to buy on card exceeded

Hi My order got cancelled as the limit to buy on my card exceeded, but still the amount got blocked on my credit card and the payment is not declined.
I have raised a ticket with simplex support, but i haven't got any response from them yet.

Also I saw your other thread asking about 'Bitcoin Core' and 'Bitcoin' and what the difference is. They are the same.

However, please keep in mind that BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash) is not the same. Please never send BTC (i.e., Bitcoin or Bitcoin Core) to a BCH addresses (or vice versa).
