Did you use accidentally use your BCH (i.e., Bitcoin Cash) address to receive BTC (i.e., Bitcoin) when you made the purchase from Simplex?

Here's a screenshot from the app (you should be on this page when you are doing step #3):

For the COIN you must select, in your case, BTC. If it's already set to BTC (rather than BCH) then there's nothing else that you need to do for step #4.

Also "show advanced option" (step #5) can be seen too.

Please carefully read step 9:

Create wallet. If you get an error “Error creating wallet: Key already associated with an existing wallet”, continue to step 10 and select your existing BCH wallets.

If you get the error you wont have a BCH recovery wallet.

You seem kinda hostile. Please keep a positive outlook and try to resolve the issue at hand.

Based on your posts I'm not convinced that you accurately conducted any of the steps provided in the guide.

Moreover, have you checked on explorer to make sure that the BTC has even arrived at your address? If not, please search your address here: https://blockchain.info/

Lastly, the service on https://buy.bitcoin.com is provided by Simplex.com. If you have not received your bitcoins from them, or have any other issues regarding that service, please contact support@simplex.com.

Please note that during times of high traffic such as when there is a relatively large increase in Bitcoin's value your order with Simplex may take longer for them to fulfil. Unfortunately there is nothing that Bitcoin.com can do about this, so please be patient while Simplex process, fulfil and send your BTC order.
