DASH Address not THERE

I set up a paper wallet for DASH using walletgenerator. However, the address is not showing up on the DASH blockchain. I tried twice.
Anybody know the deal. I know with Bitcoin, when you create an address it appears on the blockchain immediately.

never used it myself tbh
best would be to post on dashforum and ask the pro's

thanks. the accounts on DASH seem to be active only after confirmation of a transaction.
it is no active!
