Moving coins from wallet that doen't have private key

Tue Dec 12, 2017 1:33 pm

Hi,
How can I move coins from the wallet that doesn't contain the private key?
I can only receive them to that Address.

Thank you in advance

Kind regards,
Milan

How did you create that wallet?

You need the private key to sign a transaction.
Without signing you can't move the coins.

Well, I'm not sure what happened...
I''m using Mycelium Wallet and I've done something and no i ave two accounts there.
One of them contains one private key but no funds in it :)
The other one doesn't contain private key but have funds there, it says that it's "watch-only" account.

Thank you for your time

Unfortunately I don't know the Mycelium wallet that well.

But from what I understand it looks like you scanned/copied a public address and created a watch-only account.
Could that be?

Do you maybe remember doing this?
If you can't reconstruct the private key than the bitcoins can't be accessed anymore.
