CavatCoin ICO Review- Is it a Scam?

Tue Dec 05, 2017 10:07 pm

The Cavatcoin ICO has just started with coins currently on sale for just $0.4.

What is Cavatcoin?

They're launching a new cryptocurrency that can be used to make payments for goods or services or to transfer funds. The main aspect of the platform that will interest investors however is their lending platform which promises to pay over 1% interest per day.

The rise of Cryptocurrency and ICOs

Cryptocurrency has seen a huge rise in 2017. The total market cap of all coins combined is now over $300 billion, making it bigger than most global companies. Bitcoin still leads the way with just over half the total market and a coin price approaching $12,000 at the time of writing. However this year has also seen many new coins grow quickly.
Many of these coins have launched via an ICO (Initial Coin Offering). This type of sale involves companies selling their tokens in return for investment into their platform. Many investors have seen huge gains with these types of investments and many companies now view it as a better way of funding over more traditional methods.

Lending platforms

One of the most succesful types of cryptocurrencies so far this year has been lending platforms. These platforms offer huge interest rates of over 1% per day in return for investors lending them money. Most of them claim to use sophisticated trading bots that trade the bitcoin and crypto markets which allows them to pay such a high interest rate. Bitconnect was the first to launch and has seen their coin price increase from just $0.5 to over $300.
Recently there's been many new platforms hoping to follow in their success. Cavatcoin is the latest and they seem to offer many benefits so hopefully it will rise just as quickly.

Cavatcoin Lending

The new lending program will offer investors up to 45% interest per month. The main advantage of this program over their competitors is that they plan to pay the interest in their own currency, this means that if you lend them 100 Cavatcoin then you will receive over 1 Cavatcoin in interest each day. The advantage of this is that you can also take advantage of the expected rise of the coin price aswell as receiving interest at the same time.
They plan to initially offer 4 different lending options ranging from as low as $100 up to over $100,000. The advantage of lending more is a slightly higher interest rate and receiving your capital back sooner.
Once you've selected your desired lending amount you'll receive interest paid into your wallet daily.

ICO Details

The pre sale is currently live and scheduled to run until the 21st of December. There will be 200,000 coins available for sale each day during the pre sale for just $0.4 each.
The official sale is scheduled to start on the 15th of January with the more expensive than during the pre sale.

Conclusion

All investments into cryptocurrency are risky so please don't invest more than you can afford to lose. However investments into these types of lending platforms have seen investors make huge returns recently with many of them hitting $10 each as soon as they're listed on an exchange.
The main advantage of this platform is that the interest rates are paid with their coins rather than fiat currency. Many who have been lending money to Bitconnect would of been better off just holding their coins as the price has been increasing so quickly.
