I am trying to finish building my rig, but I have encountered a problem. After extensive testing I have realized that three of my six PCIe slots are not working. Specifically the third, fifth and sixth slots (not working). My BIOS is set to the standard mining settings, 4G encoding on, PCIE Bus to 96, etc. I have tried changing bus and gen settings, but it makes no difference. The BIOS is flashed to the newest (v13), and the drivers all work. My CPU is a celeron G3930. I am using GTX 1070s and 1060s. the gpus have not seemed to make a difference to whether or not they are detected, simply the PCIe slots that they occupy. All the GPUS work as long as they are in the working slots. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance. Im happy to answer any other questions that you may find relevant.
