Bitcoin.com Wallet - "Send" Not Working

When clicking on the "Send" tab, in both desktop and mobile app, it doesn't seem to have full functionality.

It only allows to either type in address or scan a qr code, however, once either of those are complete I can't do anything else.

Please help figure out why this happening.
