Which wallet to choose in order to start trading? And miscellaneous around wallets.

Hi guys,

I'm finally ready to start buying bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. Last piece of the puzzle: which wallet? how does it work exactly?

A)any specific wallet you suggest other than the one from bitcoin.com?
B)should I get more than 1 wallet to store cryptos, or just 1 is enough to start?
C)I'm missing this: let's say I buy a certain amount through an exchange, I guess my bitcoins get stored there in that specific exchange wallet, correct? I can assign them to my, let's say, bitcoin.com wallet right away?

Sorry, they may sound quite basic questions, but I'm just missing this last part.

I suggest you to store your bitcoin in a cold storage (expecially if you have a lot of them).

Is the wallet offered through btc.com a good/safe wallet to have with the upcoming November fork? How will bitcoin plan to distribute the new coins from the fork? will it go into this wallet or do I have to move it somewhere or go somewhere to get them?

I think that depends on the trader platform first of all. You can start with Electrum.
