Making a bitcoin app

Hi I don't know if this is the right space to put it but. I was wondering if anyone knows how to build a bitcoin app or knows of any links that could help in creating one. The first app I want to create is a simple one that allows users to collect a crypto-currency and withdraw it at a certain amount?

What kind of app do you mean? A decentralized app ("dapp") that runs in the context of some blockchain, or an app that runs on a mobile phone, for example?

It would be quite difficult and require a lot of investment in security to build a mobile app that handles the private keys of any cryptocurrency. You've got the huge pressure of making sure that you protect against all possible exploits that might be trying to steal those private keys, otherwise your users' coins may be forfeited.
