Problem importing wallet on chrome extension

Tue Sep 12, 2017 6:30 pm

Hello,

I have successfully installed on my Android device and on my PC the Bitcoin.wallet apps, and dully imported my addresses on each with the 12 words seed phrase.

However, I am unable to do the same with the chrome extension, since when I try to import a wallet it keeps asking me for a .wal file and not the 12 words seed phrase.

What can I do? :?: :?:

Thanks for the help.

Have you tried reinstalling it?

Yes, without success.

The problem is when I try to import a wallet on the chrome extension, it asks for a backup, which extension is .wal.

Thus, the chrome extension does not ask for the seed, which I believe would be the only way to import my desktop/android wallet to the chrome extension wallet.

Thanks for your help!

I'm having exactly the same problem, when trying to import my google chrome extension wallet to my mobile app.
I've tried to paste the plain text message inside the backup file created by the chrome extension on the import page of the mobile app, but I didn't have any luck.

Hope someone can fix this soon.
