People are holding Bitconnect because they get more BCC tokens just for holding it, so the incentive is to buy more, so you get more, pushing the price up.

Maybe it's just me, but this seems like a purposely-built recipe for a bubble once there is no longer any tokens given away for holding BCC. The price is likely to collapse BIG TIME in three years as there is no infrastructure for people to spend them on real goods. $250000? There's zero fundamentals for such a prediction.
