How to remove copayer from a shared wallet?

I created a shared wallet (2-2) and invited a teammate. I saved the wallet's secret phrase but he didn't do it because he thought it was the same for us both. And then due testing he deleted the wallet and couldn't sign in back again. If he uses my secret phrase then looks like he signs in under my account.
The problem is that it doesn't allow to send money because it waits his approval.

Looks like shared wallet is BitCoin.com wallet feature? Is it possible to remove my teammate from the wallet? Or we have totally stuck and screwed up our money?

No official answer from Bitcoin.com more than 2 weeks.

If you both didn't backup the phrase, and he deleted his wallet, and secret phrase, your money is locked forever.
