Second Bitcoin IPO delayed for fifth time

Bitcoin Group, the second bitcoin company to attempt a listing on the ASX, has been forced to release a third supplementary prospectus and delay its float for a fifth time, until mid-January.

The latest change adds to a string of missteps and rebukes from corporate watchdog Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

It is a much better route to incorporate in the US and or buy a shell to perform a reverse merger (RTO). This way, you can be publicly listed in a matter of days. After maintaining a good pace as a smaller public company, you can apply for a listing to AMEX or NASDAQ Small-cap.

One of my partners in a business is a financier for these types of companies and so I have learned a lot :)
