As a Swiss I am really proud that our true democratic processes came up with a good Swiss compromise.
The really big difference to many other countries is that the people own the state and not vice versa. This has nothing to do with "lenient" but far more with a good democratic system where power is decentralized with all the people and not centralized to few people..... the non-digi blockchain system..... consensus with all is very key here!

On the contrary, despite the fact that the country has a good economy and nice conditions for cryptos, people out there are quite conservative, for the most part, therefore cryptos aren't developing in Switzerland as fast as they may. But I'm pretty sure that once they do, they'll be successful.
