Generally speaking, Bitcoin has not had very positive press coverage on the Continent before the Paris attacks so I do not anticipate any change there. Increased "scrutiny" and tighter KYC/AML at BTC exchange companies can be expected. The real crackdown will be on pre-paid debit cards. Expect ever smaller limits on cash payment amounts and increased attention paid to bank transfers as well.
