Wow that really stinks. I'm sorry to hear that. If you don't have the private key at all there is nothing you can do. There is no relationship between the keys, they use random entropy to generate a public and private key hash.I am in the unfortunate situation where I have generated a wallet on wallet generator last year. I used all the extra random clicks etc. once the wallet was generated, I copied the public key and saved it off. I switched to the paper wallet tab and not realizing that it was a different set of keys, pro ted it off. Over the next year, I added to the paper wallet but I was sending to the original tab public key. So now I can see my 7 bitcoins out there but do t have that private key. Is there a relationship between the various keys generated in a sitting on wallet generator? Please help!
Sorry again, that sucks! But you seem to be thinking positive and are long on bicoin which is a good thing. Hopefully over time you will be able to recoup your money.Oh and I don't think I used a pass phrase.
