Btc payment not approved after 24 hrs

Yesterday I made a purchase of 300 on buy.bitcoin.com because coinmama has been down. Well... its been almost 24 hours and no word yet on if they approved my payment yet. Is anyone else experiencing issues like this? How long did it take? I'm getting concerned that I'm being scammed.

simplex support has not gotten back to me and I have submitted 2 tickets .

Due to the high demand of Bitcoin right now many many people are trying to buy Bitcoin like you, and it's causing delays. In addition Bitcoin has a max transaction capacity problem which is contributing to the problem, creating transaction delays.
