BTC was never transferred even though Payment was Approved

As the title says, BTC was never received even though I got an email that my payment of $537.5 was approved.

Do not trust this site or Simplex as they dont even provide good support, the only information received was Simplex payment ID: 656aac16-34e6-49b1-8f20-348277acad91
But they dont provide you with transfer ID so you can track BTC.

Also simplex did not respond and their support is rubbish.

Same thing happened to me and mine just came through however they charged me a fucking ridiculous fee of $40 USD

Hi, I have purchased BTC worth of 100USD through credit card. Simplex debit my account. With USD 112.5 but I don't receive any confirmation or any transection I'd from simplex. Please any body can help me?
