i buy bitcons ($50) from this site https://www.bitcoin.com/. i used the credit card form to buy and this redirect to simplex.

"simplex" Is this service a scam or what? I'm waiting for more than two days and I do not get the 50 $ bitcoins I bought using credit card. Does bitcoin deal with scam companies? This company "simplex" sends autogenerated ticket responses. It's nothing serious. I'm posting my problem here because they do not give me a solution.

And by the way, that service "simplex" is a shit.
